Joan Hughes Bell (M.ED) is currently working with the Seattle Public Schools, a large urban school district comprised of 47,000 students in 97 schools.
She is qualified with a Masters of Education in Administration (Principal, K-12), and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Education; major in special education & secondary education, Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho.
She is a highly motivated, innovative, and inspirational educator and leader with over 20 years of loyal service in the advancement of public education and students.
She is an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, and computer skills; able to interact superbly with students, parents, staff/team, and the community. Joan is proficient in the coordination of people and resources – motivating, developing, and directing non-profit agencies and staff in the creation and efficient management of programs.
