Cecilia David is a highly skilled professional for the US Program, K-12 Education supporting the department's strategic and operational work. She provided strategic project coordination and advanced administrative support to diverse teams to successfully implement their programmatic goals. She has an extensive background in planning events and convening large groups, organizing complex travel schedules, and managing the day-to-day operations for a team of high-level professionals.
Prior to joining the Foundation, she lived in the Philippines and worked as Operations Manager for Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation. Cecilia is passionate about volunteering with organizations focused on improving the lives of the most vulnerable communities within the US and in the Philippines.
Cecilia is a graduate of the University of Santo Tomas in Manila, Philippines, where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science. Outside of the foundation, Cecilia enjoys spending family time with her children, Ally and Michael and their family dog Max.
