Florence Mndolwa is a business professional specialized in financial analysis and controllership with over 10 years’ experience working in tech industry, international organizations, and consultancy.
As a Global Program Controller in Corporate Finance and services division at Microsoft, she contributes to operational excellence in Partner Incentives team. Prior to Microsoft, Florence worked with the High Commission of Canada in Tanzania as a Senior Business Development Advisor and a Senior Business Advisor at Ernst & Young, the bulk of her experience being in grants and financial management.
Florence is passionate about using her time to support programs that cater to society’s pressing needs especially women empowerment and humanitarian aid.
Florence leads a GIVE Campaign for her division which is geared toward raising awareness about ways of Giving back the community. She has also organized successful Fundraising events for a Girls’ High School and volunteered as a business advisor for an e-commerce project to expand women’s access to markets.
Florence is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountant (FACCA) and holds a master’s degree with distinction in Development Finance from University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business.
