One thing is to volunteer, and another is to volunteer with an organization that places humanity at the centre of her goals and objectives.
Mission Africa reminded me that we were first humans before professions, career, status and indeed, before everything else.
The 2022 outreach was one of a kind. I led the Pharmacy team and we attended to over a thousand patients who trooped out to benefit from the outreach.
I enjoyed every bit of the road trip, service to the people, team work, and above all, the humane spirit exhibited by every volunteer, led by our amiable Executive Director and her family.
I thank God for this wonderful opportunity and I look forward to many more years with Mission Africa.
